Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of placing the order, without needing to justify your decision.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the document has already been delivered (downloaded or sent by email), as the service has been fully provided.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request the cancellation of an order, contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email: contact@acteimobil.ro
  • WhatsApp (quick response)
  • Contact form on the website

In your message, please include the order tracking code and the reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Processing

The cancellation request will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of the order cancellation.

  • Unprocessed order: If the document has not yet been requested from ANCPI, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
  • Order in processing: If the document is already being obtained from ANCPI, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you will be notified and the document will be delivered as per the original order.

4. Refund

Upon approval of cancellation, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card via Netopia Payments).

The refunded amount includes the full price of the service, including the ANCPI fee of 20 RON.

5. Automatic Refund

ActeImobil.ro will issue an automatic refund (without a request from the customer) in the following situations:

  • The requested document cannot be obtained from ANCPI (non-existent cadastral number, unregistered property)
  • Technical error preventing order processing
  • Duplicate payment (order placed twice)
