Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

All documents ordered through ActeImobil.ro are delivered exclusively in electronic format (PDF) to the email address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. No physical or courier deliveries are made.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the availability of data in the ANCPI system:

  • Standard CF Extract (39 RON): Delivery in max 1 business day. Available for properties found in the ANCPI electronic database.
  • CF Extract - Manual Processing (49 RON): Delivery in 48-72 business hours. Applies when the property is not found automatically in the ANCPI database and requires manual processing. The additional 10 RON covers manual processing costs.

The mentioned timeframes are estimates and begin from the moment of payment confirmation. They depend on ANCPI processing time and may vary based on request volume.

3. Delivery Confirmation

After processing the order, the customer receives the document by email along with a delivery notification. The document can also be downloaded from the order tracking page, accessible through the tracking code received when placing the order.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive the document within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check the spam/junk folder of your email address
  • Check the order status using the tracking code
  • Contact us at contact@acteimobil.ro or on WhatsApp

5. Inability to Deliver

In the event that the document cannot be obtained from ANCPI (for example, non-existent cadastral number, unregistered property, or errors in the provided data), the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
